Hard Conversations, Stronger Connections: Talking About Suicide Together

This workshop is focused on raising awareness, reducing stigma, and equipping participants with the knowledge and tools to support themselves and others in times of emotional distress. Attendees will learn to recognize warning signs, understand risk factors, and respond with empathy and care.
