What You Don't See Behind The Screen
This mental health workshop explores escapism as a response to emotional needs rather than simply negative behavior. By examining gaming and screen use through a deeper emotional lens, the workshop helps parents better understand what youth may be feeling and why they turn to screens, while also helping youth learn healthier ways to communicate their emotions. The focus is not on removing structure or discipline, but on building connection, trust, and stronger communication between youth and parents.
